Mila this week announced price rises across our ranges of between 5% and 12% to come into effect from 4 April.  This is in part because of significant rises in raw material costs and also the effect of the devaluation of the Dollar against the Chinese Yuan.

So apparently the economy grew by 0.8% in the last quarter, with much of that growth driven by the construction sector.  At the same time, we're told the economy is braced to lose 500,000 public sector jobs and an unknown quantity of private sector jobs as a result of last week’s public spending review.
